BRAVO!  That’s me, hanging clothes on the line back in the 80’s.  We were ALWAYS thinking of saving electricity and didn’t know we were ‘being green’! That was when I decided to change my life by writing down my stories, a little rough sketch at a time. Raising 7 kids and needing to work from home wasn’t exactly EASY, but it sure kept me hoppin’!

I was feeling discouraged about not being as creative as I wanted to be when I read about one of my relatives from long ago, Harriet Beecher Stowe. Even though she had 7 children (like me!),  NO running water, and NO WASHING MACHINE –  SHE wrote a book! Where was MY excuse? Then and there I decided If SHE could do it, I could TOO! My first book was published in 1999: THE RICHEST KID IN THE POOR HOUSE! So don’t give up, YOU, who have too much to do….I do too! (I still haven’t finished my laundry pile!)

With Harriet Beecher Stowe as a model, it’s no wonder you are so amazing.
